IEDUMASTER Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("IEDUMASTER", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our school management platform and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as school name, administrator details, student records, and payment information. We also collect usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
- School and institution details
- Student and staff records as uploaded by the school
- Payment and billing information (processed securely through our payment partners)
- Log data, IP addresses, and browser/device information
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send administrative communications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, regular security audits, and access controls. We are ISO 27001 certified. All data is stored on AWS servers located in India. Daily backups are maintained with point-in-time recovery capability.
4. Data Ownership
All data entered into IEDUMASTER by your school (student records, fee data, etc.) belongs to your institution. We are a data processor, not a data owner. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Razorpay), SMS (MSG91), and hosting (AWS). These partners have their own privacy policies and we recommend reviewing them.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@iedumaster.com.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IEDUMASTER software and services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using IEDUMASTER, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. License to Use
IEDUMASTER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your school's internal management purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
4. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you input into IEDUMASTER. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services. We will not access your data except for support purposes with your consent.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use IEDUMASTER to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or offensive content, attempt to breach system security, or resell the service without written permission.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and maintain this SLA for Standard and Premium plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
IEDUMASTER's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
